The SunRISE GRL project further aims to educate high school students on topics including radio astronomy and space weather. The initial stage in developing the self-paced training modules was to define specific learning objectives. We aimed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the concepts of solar radio astronomy, radio antenna set-up, data analysis techniques, and applications in space weather monitoring. These goals served as the foundation for content creation. Understanding the target demographic was essential for tailoring the modules effectively. All students and educators worldwide have access to the modules through the Canvas platform, and all training videos are uploaded on the SunRISE Ground Radio Lab’s Youtube channel, @SunRISE_GRL.
